David Shield is a MAJIT graduate and practising technical translator and interpreter, he is currently a senior Japanese interpreter for Advisian Engineering and Senior Translator for the Japanese Deep Learning Association, a leading AI ethics and governance research body. His work centres around the energy sector particularly hydrogen and ammonia as well as AI-related topics. In addition to his work, he is a practising Koto musician and a traditionally trained Kimono maker. Joining the online discussion
