NSW Branch Members Only Social Event: Interpreters Discussion Workshop

AUSIT NSW branch invites our Branch Members to a series of online networking events for connecting and discussing important topics to our professions and strengthen professional solidarity.

We have arranged both an Interpreters Discussion workshop (6 June 2022 - 6.00pm -7.30pm) and a Translators Discussion workshop (7 June 2022 - 6.00pm - 7.30pm)

This session is aimed at Interpreters (although Translators are welcome to attend).

Each of the events will give you the opportunity to discuss ethical and practical questions linked to the profession based on knowledge and experience, and to strengthen professional solidarity, such as:

• What are the current challenges of your professional activity? Is there any particular issue would you like to talk about with your fellow translators/interpreters?
  
  Submit your proposed topics for discussion by June 1 to nsw@ausit.org

Language-specific discussions are highly encouraged following this networking event.If you are interested in organising a language-specific event, please contact the National PD Coordinator, Amy Wang, at pd@ausit.org
