NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting for the Tasmania Branch and to elect the Branch Committee for 2023/24.
The Annual General Meeting of the Tasmania Branch will be held on Tuesday 12th September 2023, commencing at 07:00pm, to which financial AUSIT members resident in Tasmania are cordially invited.
(‘Financial’ membership – in any category – means having renewed membership for 2023–24, or having joined AUSIT during the current membership year.)
AGENDA
1. Attendance/Apologies.
2. Brief report on 2023–24 activities by the outgoing Branch Committee.
3. Election of a Branch Committee.
Tasmania-based AUSIT members, whether or not they have had previous experience on the Branch Committee, are encouraged to consider joining the 2023-24 Branch Committee and contributing to the further advancement of the Tasmania Branch.
To that end, they need to complete a Nomination form, accessible by the link below, have their nomination proposed and seconded by two other AUSIT members, and email it to secretary@ausit.org by close of business on Friday September 08.
Note that the proposer and seconder cannot be the same person as the nominee.
Members will be notified separately of any PD activity to be run in conjunction with this General Meeting.
If you cannot attend but wish to vote by Proxy, please also click on the link below to complete the form and email it to tas@ausit.org by close of business on Friday 8 September 2023.

Attending the AGM attracts 10 PD points in section 1.6. Please consult the NAATI Recertification Catalogue to allocate the relevant PD Points - downloadable from www.naati.com.au. Some activities can be included under different categories, so please choose the most appropriate category for your recertification purposes.
